Lehmann Mortgage provides home mortgages of all types and for all purposes including home purchases, refinances, debt consolidation, equity loans and new construction. We are based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, and we lend on a nationwide basis. Through our direct affiliation with PHH Home Loans (see below), we are able to offer some of the most competitive programs and interest rates in the home mortgage industry. We also function as a typical mortgage broker with access to dozens of other lenders and hundreds of specialty loan programs.

Our direct relationship with PHH eliminates the "middle man" at the mortgage wholesaler level and enables us to deliver some the most competitive interest rates in the home mortgage industry. Tom Lehmann, Senior Loan Officer—Tom has over 20 years' experience in the real estate industry and has closed more than $300 million of transactions. “What I enjoy most about my job is helping people understand the various financing alternatives available to them so they can choose the best financing solution for their particular needs.” Tom lives in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area with his wife and their three children.

Kyra Maddigan, Loan Officer—Kyra has been in the mortgage and title industry for the past nine years. In addition to working directly with customers, Kyra coordinates the various behind-the-scenes functions that ensure our loan closings take place on time, as promised, and with no surprises. Kyra lives in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area with her husband and their two children.
